Honestly I really dislike wearing heels myself BUT I will do it when I’m at a big event and want to look professional. The truth is, after years of salsa dancing, they can really kill my feet if I’m not careful. And if you’re like me and a lot of my high performer clients, you probably wear heels a lot too. So in today’s video, I have some amazing tips to help you ease that foot pain that comes along with wearing heels.
