It’s that time in the afternoon when your energy drops like a rock, and you find yourself headed to the kitchen or the break room at your office. You’re hungry and super tired, so you grab another coffee or diet cola, and of course some chocolate or a bag of chips.
I know how that story goes!
You probably end up eating way more sweets or chips than you wanted, and then you get mad at yourself. Plus, you’re probably super frustrated because no matter how much you eat, you keep getting these crashes and cravings every day.
