If you’re like many of my career driven, high achiever clients, you likely know all about cravings and hitting the afternoon energy “wall” right? You know what I’m talking about, don’t you? It’s that time in the afternoon when your energy drops like a rock, and you find yourself headed to the kitchen or the break room at your office. You’re hungry and super tired, so you grab another coffee or diet cola, and of course some chocolate or a bag of chips.  I know how that story goes! You probably end up eating way more sweets or chips than you wanted, and then you get mad at yourself. The right way to lose weight Permanently

Every New Year, losing weight is one of the most popular “resolutions.” The gyms know this, and so do the companies who sell weight loss programs or pills, which is why you see so many commercials, Facebook ads, and flyers about weight loss and fitness in January. Here’s the truth… Most New Year’s resolutions to lose weight never stick, because far too many people only focus on short term fixes like drastically cutting calories, joining a diet program that isn’t right for their body, or starting a workout plan that’s completely unsustainable. Happy New Year! I’m so excited for 2017! How about you? One of my favorite activities at the start of the year is to visualize what kind of year I want to create in my business. Feeling Bummed about your Body? This will help!

This time of year one of the most common things I hear about is how frustrated people are with their bodies and they way they look and feel. In fact, the most common “New Year’s Resolutions” such as losing weight and getting in shape are born from feeling completely fed up or frustrated with our bodies. That certainly can be a great motivator for change. How to Shut Down Limiting Beliefs

We’ve all had those moments when that voice in our head talks to us and tries to bring us down, right? “I’m not good enough!”, “I’ll never lose this weight!”, or “Things are never going to work out!” What usually happens next is we tend to start judging ourselves and maybe start feeling frustrated for even having these thoughts. Then, we get MORE upset. It’s a never ending cycle of negativity that can be VERY hard to break. Well, since the New Year is right around the corner, I figured we should tackle this now!
