How to Relieve Foot Pain from Wearing Heels!

Honestly I really dislike wearing heels myself BUT I will do it when I’m at a big event and want to look professional. The truth is, after years of salsa dancing, they can really kill my feet if I’m not careful. And if you’re like me and a lot of my high performer clients, you probably wear heels a lot too. Tired of post lunch energy crashes?

Why fast weight loss is harmful (and what to do instead)

Today is the last day of January, and maybe you’re feeling a little frustrated because you haven’t lost as much weight as you wanted when you set your goals for the new year. First…BREATHE! It’s ok. Every New Year, losing weight is one of the most popular “resolutions.” The gyms know this, and so do the companies who sell weight loss programs or pills, which is why you see so many commercials, Facebook ads, and flyers about weight loss and fitness in January.
