How to Relieve Foot Pain from Wearing Heels!

Honestly I really dislike wearing heels myself BUT I will do it when I’m at a big event and want to look professional. The truth is, after years of salsa dancing, they can really kill my feet if I’m not careful. And if you’re like me and a lot of my high performer clients, you probably wear heels a lot too. So in today’s video, I have some amazing tips to help you ease that foot pain that comes along with wearing heels.  And, for the men reading this post, you’ll still want to watch because my male clients love these exercises too after a long day of being on their feet.  Specifically in this video I will share: Some simple foot and ankle exercises you can do to alleviate foot and ankle pain. How a tennis ball can absolutely change your foot’s life! (Watch and learn!) How to strengthen your feet so you have better balance. Without proper treatment and exercise, foot pain can cause some significant health issues as time goes on. Why fast weight loss is harmful (and what to do instead)

Today is the last day of January, and maybe you’re feeling a little frustrated because you haven’t lost as much weight as you wanted when you set your goals for the new year. First…BREATHE! It’s ok. In fact, in this week’s video (below) I’ll show you why losing weight fast isn’t the best thing for your body. We’ve all seen shows like The Biggest Loser, where people lose incredible amounts of weight in short periods of time, right? Heck, I even remember when I was in my 20s it felt like I could lose 5 pounds just by doing a few pushups and calling it a day. The fact is that rapid weight loss is NOT the best path to health. In fact, as I share in the video, it’s actually pretty stressful on your body to take those extreme measures that you might see on TV. A lot of those people end up gaining the weight back pretty quickly. I explain why this is the case, and give you a few things you can do right now that will set you up for long term health success in the video. Watch it here and find out how to feel good NOW,

Ice Cream! How to Choose HealthiER kinds!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM! Guess what? It’s totally OK to enjoy some ice cream every once in awhile. There, I said it. 😉 In fact, I shot today’s Tuesday Tip right in the grocery store so I could show you in real time how to pick the right kind of ice cream that’s easier on your belly. I want to help you to enjoy this wonderful treat without feeling as icky afterwards. Watch the video below and check out the ice cream brands I recommend, plus learn how to read the labels to know what’s better and what to skip. Now, let me be clear, ice cream is meant to be a TREAT, not a STAPLE in your diet. I want you to enjoy your life, and enjoy the food you eat, but it’s important for me to remind us all that even the most natural of ice creams still has a lot of calories and tons of fat. Eat it sparingly, and when you do have it, follow the advice in this video. I created this tip so that you would know what to look for on the label so your body doesn’t

The right way to lose weight Permanently

Every New Year, losing weight is one of the most popular “resolutions.” The gyms know this, and so do the companies who sell weight loss programs or pills, which is why you see so many commercials, Facebook ads, and flyers about weight loss and fitness in January. Here’s the truth… Most New Year’s resolutions to lose weight never stick, because far too many people only focus on short term fixes like drastically cutting calories, joining a diet program that isn’t right for their body, or starting a workout plan that’s completely unsustainable. These things may give you some short term benefit, but how many times have you tried something like this, only to gain the weight back, or end up giving up a few weeks or months into the program? In this week’s Tuesday Tip Video taken from one of my recent speaking engagements, I tell you exactly why those drastic, short term solutions don’t work, and what to do INSTEAD. Watch the video below, but let me give you a few teasers on how to lose that excess weight permanently: You must learn to respect your body You must train your body to trust you so it stops holding onto
