Why fast weight loss is harmful (and what to do instead)

How to enjoy adult beverages ‘healthfully’

It’s the holiday season, and that means you’ll probably be enjoying a few extra adult beverages than you ordinarily might. I’m a practical gal, so I’m not going to tell you not to drink any booze this holiday season, or not have a good time on a Saturday night with your girlfriends. In fact, I filmed this week’s video from the Las Vegas Strip the morning after having a great time with my friends… and yes, there may have been a few alcoholic beverages consumed the night before.
