Honestly I really dislike wearing heels myself BUT I will do it when I’m at a big event and want to look professional. The truth is, after years of salsa dancing, they can really kill my feet if I’m not careful. And if you’re like me and a lot of my high performer clients, you probably wear heels a lot too. How to Shut Down Limiting Beliefs

We’ve all had those moments when that voice in our head talks to us and tries to bring us down, right? “I’m not good enough!”, “I’ll never lose this weight!”, or “Things are never going to work out!” What usually happens next is we tend to start judging ourselves and maybe start feeling frustrated for even having these thoughts.
